How To Get Pregnant With Slow Sperm Motility

Having slow motility can make it harder for a woman to conceive. This means that the sperm is not moving efficiently, which can make it harder for them reach the egg to fertilize it. However, there are several things that couples can do in order to improve the motility of the male’s sperm.

For starters, it is important for the many to avoid heat while they are trying to improve the motility of their sperm. Overheating can cause the sperm to move slower. Because of this, men should wear loose fitting clothing and avoid things like hot tubs.

Having-slow-motility-can-make-it-harder-for-a-woman-to-conceiveIt is also important that a couple only has intercourse close to ovulation and avoids it throughout the rest of the month. Having a great deal of sex can decrease the motility of the sperm. To make sure that you are having intercourse at the proper time, make sure that you are tracking your ovulation cycle carefully.

Finally, men can also improve the motility of their sperm by taking particular nutrients and supplements. There are times when particular deficiencies in specific vitamins can cause a man’s sperm motility to decrease. Because of this, men should talk to their doctor regarding the right blend of supplements to take in order to improve their sperm motility.

How To Get Pregnant With Slow Sperm

Sperm only have a limited life span. Unfortunately, this can make it difficult for a woman to become pregnant if the sperm is swimming slowly. The issue with slow swimming sperm is that it may not have the time that it needs to reach the egg. However, there are ways that a woman can improve her chances of becoming pregnant.

The first thing that is important is that a woman tracks her ovulation cycle. There are a couple of ways that this is possible. Both ovulation predictor kitsand a basal thermometer are extremely helpful when a woman is trying to determine when she is most fertile.

When a woman is fertile, it is also important that she and her partner have intercourse in a way that will allow for deep penetration. This is helpful because it allows for the sperm to be closer to the egg when it is released. This will mean that it will have a shorter distance to swim before it reaches the egg.

Having intercourse every other day during the time of ovulation is the best way to increase a woman’s chances of conceiving. Since sperm can live in the body for several days, this is the best way to improve the chances that the egg will become fertilized.

How to Track Ovulation

Ovulation is the most important factor when it comes to getting pregnant. It occurs when the ovaries release a mature egg, which then travels through the fallopian tubes and into the uterus. At this point, the egg will wait for sperm to fertilize it so that it can transform into an embryo.

Tracking your ovulation is one of the most important things you can do. It will help you determine exactly when you should have sexual intercourse in order to become pregnant. There are a couple of ways you can do this. Here is some more information that can help you find the right tools and methods.

Basal Thermometer

A basal thermometer is a simple tool that you will use to track your daily temperature. When you see a slight spike in your temperature, you will know that you are ovulating. The important thing to remember with this tool is that you need to be as accurate as possible. This requires you to take your temperature first thing in the morning before you even get out of bed.

basal-body-thermometer-is-also-used-to-track-ovulation

Since your temperature can be affected even by slight movements, you should avoid moving around as much as possible before you check your temperature. Keep your basal thermometer and your calendar within arm’s reach so that you won’t need to get out of bed to get them.

Ovulation Predictor Kit

An ovulation predictor kit is also a tool that will help you track ovulation. To use it, you will simply check your urine for a certain hormone that is found when you are ovulating. It works much like a pregnancy test in that you can urinate directly onto the test to get the results you are looking for. However, there are some kits out there where you first collect your urine in a small cup and then apply it to the test directly.

As with the basal thermometer, you should use your ovulation predictor kit first thing in the morning. This is the best way to ensure that you are getting accurate results and that your urine hasn’t been contaminated by something you have eaten during the day. Once the test is positive, your body will ovulate in the next 24-48 hours.

These are both great tools to help you track your ovulation cycle. However, you can also watch your body for natural signs that you are ovulating. To do this, keep an eye on your cervical mucus. When it appears thin and slippery and has the consistency of egg whites, you are most likely ovulating.

Trying To Have A Baby? Boost Your Chances With These 5 Quick Tips

Trying to have a baby can be hard. In our minds, when we are younger, and we think about starting a family, it all just seems to fall together seamlessly, with no problems, no worries, no difficulties. However, in real life, trying to have a baby can be stressful, expensive and downright scary. Read on for some tips on how to cope if trying to have a baby isn’t happening as quickly or as easily as you were hoping.

Stay Positive

The very most important thing to remember when trying to conceive is to stay positive. It often seems like all of your family, friends, neighbors, and even complete strangers might be getting pregnant at the drop of a hat, while you are getting no results. If it makes you feel bad or stressed to attend baby showers or be around other people who are pregnant or new parents, don’t do it.

There is really no reason to put undue stress on yourself. Also make sure to get enough sleep, and hang out with your partner aside from doing the baby dance. Try to stay positive and enjoy the journey while you are trying to conceive. Yes, this is easier said than done, but try to stay positive as much as you can.

See a Doctor

Most experts agree that it takes couples usually a lot longer to get pregnant than they think it should, and that couples think they are infertile when actually they just haven’t given it enough time. The recommendation is that if you are over 35 and have been trying to get pregnant for six months or more, you should see a doctor.

If you are younger than 35, the recommendation is that you should see a doctor if you don’t get pregnant after a year of trying. However, if you have a family history of fertility problems, or if you just generally think that you might have a fertility issues, go ahead and see a doctor. It will really put your mind at ease to see a fertility doctor so don’t worry about it if you want to make a doctor’s appointment before the recommended time frame.

Help Yourself

There are lots of things that you can do to help yourself when it comes to boosting your fertility. You can buy a fertility blend, which is an over the counter fertility supplement that contains all sorts of different fertility herbs, vitamins and minerals. These fertility blends are sold under brand names like ConceiveEasy. You can take these pills daily to boost your fertility and help you get your body up to the task of carrying a baby.

You can also take over the counter prenatal vitamins to boost your fertility and make sure you are at your healthiest. Make sure you are getting enough sleep and enough exercise. Eat a healthy diet and try to cut back on processed foods and junk food. Maintain a healthy weight, since being underweight and overweight are both bad for conceiving. Take your health into your own hands and do whatever you can to help yourself.

Know Your Body

Figuring out your cycles and when you ovulate is one of the most important things that you can do for your fertility. There are not very many days during the month when a woman can get pregnant, so it is important that women figure out when they are ovulating and have sex during that time. There are several different ways that women can figure out when they are ovulating.

One way is by using a special thermometer known as a basal body thermometer which charts temperature changes that are very slight. You can do this for a month or so and note when you see the small jump in temperature. This is when you are most likely ovulating. Another way is by using an ovulation prediction kit to figure out when you are or are not ovulating. Charting natural body signs, like cervical mucus to figure out when you are ovulating.

Have Sex Regularly

Another great way to boost your chances of getting pregnant is to make sure that you are having sex regularly. Most experts agree that having sex every other day during ovulation is the best course of action for getting pregnant. That way, you are sure to be having sex at least once during ovulation.

Some couples choose to have sex the day before ovulation too just to make sure that there is a chance for the sperm to be waiting for the egg to be released. This is because the sperm is able to live longer than the egg. Also, doctors suggest that you don’t try to avoid sex when you are not ovulating, and that you have sex regularly throughout the month. Doctors used to suggest that couples try to “save up” and only have sex during ovulation, but that is no longer thought to be the best course of action.

How Long Should I Be On Clomid?

WHAT IS CLOMID?

Clomid is a very popular and successful drug used to help women with infertility problems. Clomid has been around for more than 30 years, so you know it is successful if it has lasted that long. It is especially useful for stimulating ovulation in women who are not ovulating or who are not ovulating properly.

It is an oral medication, taken by mouth, and is usually very successful. The side effects of Clomid are not too bad either. They usually mimic the symptoms of pregnancy, so women are able to tolerate Clomid without much discomfort.

HOW IS CLOMID GIVEN?

Clomid is an oral medication, taken by mouth. Clomid usually comes in 50mg tablets. Most doctors prefer to start women on Clomid on either the second, third, fourth or fifth day of their period.

Then they will take 50mg (one tablet) of Clomid every day for five consecutive days. If a woman does not respond to the 50mg dosage of Clomid, her doctor might up her dosage to 100mg until she begins to ovulate.

Although dosages over 100mg are not currently approved by the Food and Drug Administration, some doctors prescribe amounts higher than this for their patients. It is important for a woman to work alongside her doctor to determine the right dosage for her particular situation.

HOW LONG SHOULD WOMEN STAY ON CLOMID?

Doctors usually recommend that a woman take Clomid for no more than six months. This is because, in most cases, if a woman is going to respond to Clomid therapy, that she will do so within three months of beginning treatment

Very few women begin ovulating after the six month mark, so it is pretty much pointless for a woman to stay on Clomid for that length of time. Also important to note is a study that was done a few years back that noted that women who stayed on Clomid for more than 12 months at a time developed an increased risk of ovarian tumors.

Therefore, most doctors recommend that if Clomid isn’t working after six months, a woman should probably stop treatment and move on to another plan of action, most likely injectable hormones like gonadotropins. As you can see, there are many factors that affect how long a woman should be on Clomid.

Many women are on it for longer than they should be, and many women are not on it long enough to fully give it a chance. For these reasons, it is very important to have an open and honest relationship with your doctor to determine the best course of action for your particular case.

Should I Lose Weight Before Trying To Get Pregnant?

Losing Weight Can Help You Get Pregnant Faster

If you are thinking about getting pregnant, it can be important to take an inventory of sorts and try to get both your body and your life in the best shape possible to bring a baby into the world. If you are overweight or out of shape before getting pregnant, it can be especially important to lose that weight.

Losing as little as five pounds can go a long way towards making it easier to conceive. Being in good shape before getting pregnant will also help to make sure that you will stay in shape during your pregnancy and will make it easier to lose weight afterwards as well.

Being in shape before you get pregnant will also make it less likely that you will have to face pregnancy complications like gestational diabetes, preeclampsia or gestational hypertension.

Losing Weight Can Also Improve Your Ovulation

Not only will being in good shape make it easier to lose weight once your baby is born, it will also make conception easier in the first place. Make sure that you are at your ideal body weight. This will give your body the best chance of ovulating regularly, and in turn, will make it easier to get pregnant since you will know when you are ovulating.

For women with PCOS, this is especially important. Doctors say that women who suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome can see a real improvement in their fertility even by losing just a few pounds. Keep that in mind while you are exercising! Not only will you be taking the steps to make things better for yourself, but for your baby to be as well!

Tips To Getting In Shape Before Trying To Conceive

Getting in shape for pregnancy might sound overwhelming, but the truth is that it doesn’t have to be difficult. Go for a walk with a friend or with your pooch after dinner. Opt for the salad bar instead of the fried chicken at your favorite restaurant. Go for a swim instead of to a movie. Replace your daily sodas with a bottle of water.

There are tons of ways to get in shape, and it doesn’t have to be hard. The results will be so worth it when you are ready to go into motherhood as a healthy, happy mom to be. Pregnancy is full of ups and downs and many different emotions. One thing that women do not need is more worries. So, take care of some of those worries before getting pregnant.

Using Egg Whites To Increase Your Chances To Get Pregnant

Egg Whites For Fertility

It might sound crazy, but many women swear that egg whites, of all things, can actually help them to get pregnant. Many women don’t like the idea of costly and invasive fertility treatments, and they are always looking for an inexpensive and natural way to boost their fertility.

Believe it or not, egg whites can be the answer for many women. Are you curious? Read on to hear about how it works.

Know Your Dates

One of the most important things to know about using egg whites for fertility is that in order to get the best results, you must know when you are ovulating. This is one of the very basic keys to understanding your fertility, and most experts suggest that you start with figuring out when you are ovulating.

You can chart your basal body temperature, check your cervical mucus, or use an over the counter ovulation predictor kit. As long as you find a method that works for you when you are trying to chart your ovulation that is the main thing.

Where The Egg Comes In

Here’s the part where the egg whites come into play. Once you know when you are ovulating, that is when you try the egg white trick. First of all, get an egg out and place it on the counter where you can allow it to reach room temperature.

The next step is to crack the egg open and separate the egg white from the yolk. There are several ways to do this. Some women use an egg separator, but many women are able to separate the egg on their own. After you do this, discard the yolk. You do not need the yolk for this purpose, and using the yolk can actually cause you to become ill or can cause an infection.

Getting Down To Business

Once you have separated the yolk from the white, it’s time to get down to business. Immediately after cracking the egg, it is time to insert the egg white into the vagina. After you insert the egg white into the vagina, it’s time to have sex. Do this right away and don’t wait too long, or there can be complications.

The purpose of the egg white is to give the vagina an optimal environment for sperm to thrive in. The egg whites will mimic the consistency of cervical mucus, and this can really help with conception. This can help the sperm to be able to swim to the egg and not be damaged.

This can mean the difference between getting pregnant and not getting pregnant. Using egg whites is a very good option for women who don’t have cervical mucus or who have problems with their cervical mucus. Would you ever consider using egg whites to help you get pregnant?

Can Vitex Help Me Get Pregnant?

What Is Vitex?

Vitex is a very popular herb that has been used for thousands of years for gynecological purposes. Vitex is a shrub that is found in Greece, and the berries are the most useful part of the plant.

They are used for many different purposes. Vitex does not contain hormones of it’s own, instead it supports and nourishes hormones of the body. Vitex is, without a doubt, one of the most useful fertility herbs in the world. Read on for more info about Vitex and what it can do.

Vitex for Fertility

Vitex has so many different fertility benefits, it can be hard to pinpoint each of them. First of all, for women who have low levels of progesterone, Vitex can increase the amount of FSH or Follicle Stimulating Hormone, which can in turn increase progesterone levels.

Vitex can also lengthen the lutheal phase of the cycle, which can help successful pregnancy to be more likely. For women with mild endometriosis, Vitex can help to reduce the advancement of the condition and can keep the problems from getting worse. For women with severe PMS symptoms, Vitex can help with that as well! It really is a great all around herbal remedy.

Vitex for Pregnancy

With all of the good things that Vitex can do for fertility, does it have the same effect for pregnant women as well? That is a topic for debate. Some experts think that Vitex is very helpful for pregnancy.

Many experts think that since Vitex can help to raise progesterone levels, it can also be helpful in preventing miscarriage. The information that is out there is really truly quite conflicting. Sometimes doctors will advise women to stop taking Vitex as soon as they find out they are pregnant.

However, some doctors think that Vitex does help to stabilize the pregnant, and therefore, tell their patients to continue taking it during their pregnancies. There is still much more research that needs to be done to find out for sure what the effects of Vitex truly are.

What To Know

If you are taking Vitex to help you try to conceive, congratulations. Know that you are are taking one of the most well-known and safest fertility herbs. However, you should also make sure to consult with your doctor and make a plan of action as to what you will do about taking Vitex should you become pregnant.

Remember that Vitex is best taken over the long term. It usually takes about six months for optimal results to be seen from Vitex, but it can start working in as little as 10 days. Don’t give up and just keep using this popular herbal supplement for the best results.

Home Remedies To Increase Your Fertility

With the high cost of fertility treatments, not to mention the time involved, the invasiveness and the unknown nature of the outcome with fertility treatments, more and more couples are opting for home remedies to increase their fertility.

This is a great idea, since home remedies mean that couples can make their own decisions about what to put in their body and what to avoid. If a couple wants to opt for all natural remedies, that is definitely possible. Plus, it puts the couple in control of the budget when it comes to fertility treatments.

Fertility Blends

One of the most common and most well received home remedies for fertility are all natural fertility blends like ConceiveEasy. Many couples choose these fertility blends because they take all of the guesswork out of fertility medications. These medications are all natural and available over the counter without a doctor’s prescription.

They usually contain several different herbal supplements, as well as vitamins and minerals. All of the ingredients are measured out perfectly in a convenient pill form, and there is no guessing as to how much to take. These fertility blends are also usually very affordable, and can be delivered right to a couple’s home without having to leave the house.

Being Organized

You might not think so, but being organized can actually contribute to helping you get pregnant. We are talking about being organized when it comes to charting and tracking your cycles. Make sure that you are keeping track of your ovulation, so you will know when to have sex in order to get pregnant. There are many different ways to do this.

You can buy a special basal thermometer and take your temperature every day for a few months, charting the numbers each day and looking for a spike. You can also simply watch your cervical mucus and feel for the position of your cervix to determine when you are ovulating.

Finally, you can purchase over the counter ovulation predictor kits that will tell you when you are ovulating. All of these are great ways to track your ovulation and make sure that you know when to have sex for the best possible chance of getting pregnant.

Dietary Changes

It might sound simple, but making a few dietary changes can go a long way towards improving your fertility. It’s really pretty basic: cut back on processed foods, sugary foods and foods that are high in fat.

Eat more lean meat, more fruits, more veggies. Drink more water, get more exercise. Try to eat “whole” foods whenever possible, foods as close to their natural state as possible. Make sure to get a wide variety of foods in your diet and you will be on your way to improving your fertility.

Will Vitamin B6 Help Me Conceive?

If you are trying to conceive and are looking for something natural to give your fertility a bit of a boost, you might want to consider using vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 is a water soluble vitamin, and it is present in many different foods.

Vitamin B6 helps the body’s metabolism, helps with brain development during pregnancy, and also helps with the functions of the body’s immune system. In women who are trying to conceive, vitamin B6 can be beneficial in lengthening the luteal phase of the cycle. Read on for more info about why lengthening the luteal phase can be important for some women.

How Vitamin B6 For Fertility Works

The luteal phase is the phase of a woman’s cycle that lasts from ovulation to the start of her period. A normal luteal phase usually lasts about 12 to 16 days. The length of the luteal phase is very important when you are trying to conceive.

The luteal phase is when the fertilized egg implants and begins to grow. If your luteal phase is too short, the egg cannot implant properly, and a miscarriage can occur. A luteal phase defect is a luteal phase that lasts less than ten days.

Vitamin B6 can help to lengthen the luteal phase and make a successful pregnancy more likely. Your doctor will be able to give you more information about Vitamin B6 and can let you know if it is a good choice in your particular situation.

How To Use Vitamin B6 For Fertility

If you are interested in using vitamin B6 for fertility, start by eating more of the foods that naturally contain vitamin B6. Most doctors recommend getting about 100mg of B6 in your diet each day to improve luteal phase issues.

Some of the foods that contain vitamin B6 include spinach, avocado, wild caught fish, potatoes, grass fed meats, whole grains, eggs, and legumes. It can be tough to get 100mg of Vitamin B6 each day from food sources alone, so you might want to consider taking a supplement.

If you do take a supplement, you will need to take it each day so that you get enough, considering that B6 is a water soluble vitamin. Also, if you choose to get B6 from food sources, make sure to eat the foods as close to their natural state as possible. Cooking them too much can actually make them lose some of the nutrients, and you do not want that to happen.

What Is The ConceiveEasy TTC Kit?

When you are trying to conceive, especially if it is your first time, things can be very confusing and more than a little overwhelming.

There are basal body temperatures to chart, cervical mucus to observe, fertility supplements to take, signs and symptoms to be on the lookout for, and so much more. Sometimes, an all in one “Trying To Conceive Kit” can be just the thing to help couples get organized and get on the fast track to pregnancy.

What Does A TTC Kit Contain?

A quality “Trying To Conceive” kit should contain everything that you need to boost your fertility and increase your chances of getting pregnant. You shouldn’t have to purchase anything else anywhere else. So what should you be looking for when trying to decide on a kit?

The first thing that I would advise that you look for are ovulation predictor kit tests. These can help you to know when you are most fertile, and when it is even possible for you to get pregnant. The next thing that I advise looking for in a Trying To Conceive Kit is some sort of all natural fertility supplement. You want something drug free, with no chemicals.

Bonus points if you can find something that comes with more than one month’s supply. I would also advise looking for a kit that come with a basal body thermometer so that you can chart your basal body temperature as well if that is something you decide to do.

Where Can I Buy a TTC Kit?

If you are looking for a good quality starter TTC kit from a well-known company, I would suggest the ConceiveEasy TTC Kit. This kit is easy to use, and is perfect if you are just starting out on your fertility journey.

You can get a kit that comes with not one, but two months of fertility supplements (all natural, 100% drug free, of course!), a basal body thermometer and basal body temperature chart, and you even get to choose one of two free gifts. You can choose 20 free ovulation predictor tests or 20 free home pregnancy tests.

This kit also comes with a TTC guide book, which can help you a lot if you are new at this. The folks at ConceiveEasy also have great customer service which is a good thing to know if you think that you might have questions or concerns about any of the products that you will be using.

Another great thing about the ConceiveEasy Trying To Conceive kit is that it is free to try for thirty days! You even get the bonus gifts as well, and all you have to pay is shipping. After that first month is over, you can start getting a new ConceiveEasy 2 month starter kit every sixty days for only $39.95. That is a really great deal for the amount of stuff you receive with this kit! Many women have had a lot of success using a kit like this, so don’t be afraid of trying it!

What Should I Know About TTC?

Even if you are going to be using a great TTC kit in hopes of boosting your fertility, you should still be informed about your fertility and the whole trying to conceive process. You should still be doing additional things to boost your fertility that are not a part of a TTC kit, such as cutting back on caffeine, quitting smoking, and avoiding alcohol.

Also, eating a healthy diet, cutting back on processed foods, and maintaining a healthy weight is another easy way to boost your fertility. Make sure that you are taking a good vitamin and that you are trying your best to avoid stress. It can be easy to let trying to conceive turn into a chore, but try your best to keep the process fun, upbeat and exciting.

When Should I See A Doctor?

Some couples are able to conceive quickly and easily, but that is not always the case. Some couples have to try longer, and for some couples the road to parenthood is bumpy and full of roadblocks. However, there are some times that it is a good idea to see a doctor.

If you are under age 35, and have been attempting to get pregnant for more than one year, it is a good idea to seek the help and advice of a fertility doctor. If you are over age 35, and have been trying to conceive for more than six months or so, you should seek the advice of a fertility doctor as well. If you need to see a doctor, don’t worry.

A fertility doctor can bring insight to the situation, and can offer tips and solutions that you might not have thought of before. Often times, a fertility doctor can recommend something simple that can help boost fertility. Even if you do need further fertility treatments, there are so many different treatments out there these days, that there is almost always something that can be done to combat fertility troubles.

5 Surefire Tips On How To Get Pregnant Fast

The decision to have a baby is a big one, and one that should not be taken lightly. It is a big deal, deciding to try to conceive, and it often takes couples months or even years to feel ready. However, once a woman decides that she is ready to have a baby, it is common to want to get pregnant right away!

Unfortunately, that doesn’t always happen. So, is there anything that a couple can do to speed up the process? Read on for tips and tricks on how to get pregnant fast!

Tip #1: Time It Right

This is the most important tip for getting pregnant, and many women don’t even know it! In order to have the best chance of getting pregnant, it is very important that a woman knows when she is ovulating. The only time of the month that a woman can get pregnant is the five to seven day window during ovulation.

You can have sex all you want, but if you’re not having sex at the RIGHT time during the month, you’re not going to get pregnant. Simple as that.

Fortunately, there are quite a few different ways to tell when you are ovulating, and most of them are very simple. You can start by charting your daily temperature with a basal body thermometer each day. You can do this for a month or so, every single day, before you even get out of bed.

Chart your results, and you should be able to notice a slight spike in temperature right before you ovulate. If you do this for a few months, you will be able to predict when ovulation will occur!

You can also pay attention to your cervical mucus to see when you are most fertile. When you notice that your cervical mucus is stretchy, clear, and resembles egg whites, that is when you are at your most fertile.

If neither of these options works for you, you can also buy over the counter ovulation prediction kits that are similar to home pregnancy tests. You simply pee on a different stick every day, and you can look at the color chart to determine when you are ovulating. Knowing when you are ovulating is the single most important thing you can do for your fertility.

Tip #2: Have Sex At The Right Time

Now that you know your fertile time, make sure that you are having sex at the right time. If you are having sex too early or too late, you won’t be able to get pregnant. Once you know when you are supposed to ovulate and when your egg will be released, you can plan accordingly.

Since sperm can live longer than the egg does, some women choose to have sex a day or two before they ovulate, so that the sperm will be “ready and waiting” when the egg releases. Most experts agree that even if you don’t know when you are ovulating, if you have sex every other day, then you have a pretty good chance of getting pregnant.

Some women choose to have sex every day during their ovulation, but experts agree that it doesn’t make that much of a difference to have sex every day or every other day.

Tip #3: Boost Your Fertility With Supplements

There are a ton of fertility supplements on the market today to help women boost their fertility. These supplements are a great option for many women because they are not the same as “fertility drugs”. They are available over the counter, and they are very affordable. They are also all-natural and contain herbs, vitamins and minerals that are proven to help with fertility.

Women who are trying to conceive need to be especially careful about what kinds of things they are putting in their bodies, so drug-free fertility supplements can be a great option. There are tons of different supplements out there you can try, or you can try an “all in one” supplement like ConceiveEasy to streamline the process for you.

Tip #4: Watch What Goes Into Your Body

It’s always important to pay attention to the kinds of things you are putting into your body, but it’s even more important when you are trying to conceive. If you smoke, stop now. If you drink, stop now. If you use illegal drugs, stop now.

Focus on getting your body as “clean” as possible. Cut out fast food, processed foods, and all that other unhealthy garbage that we all love. Focus on eating whole foods, healthy foods, clean foods. Think of it as building your body up for pregnancy, setting the stage to grow a baby!

Many experts also agree that cutting down on caffeine intake can also give fertility a big boost. Focus on getting rid of the bad things in your diet, and eating more and more good things and you just might see a fertility boost in your future.

Tip #5: Pick Your Position

You may not think that sexual position matters when it comes to trying to conceive, but that is not true. There are certain positions out there that are better for achieving pregnancy. In short, any position that will deposit the sperm closer to the egg is better. For this reason, an all fours position (doggy style) is a good choice when trying to conceive, since it allows for deeper penetration.

Another good option is missionary position, with hips elevated by a pillow or rolled up blanket. Try to avoid woman-on-top positions and side-by-side positions when trying to get pregnant.

Support Can Help

Having a good support group is very important for couples who are struggling with fertility related issues. If that support system includes others who are currently going through fertility struggles, or who have gone through fertility struggles in the past, then the support is extra important.

You can find local infertility support groups, sometimes through your fertility clinic, doctor’s office, or local health department. If you can’t find a local support group in your area, you can definitely find one online. There are a plethora of forums, groups, and online support systems for women at all stages of trying to conceive. Definitely check this out if you are having trouble getting pregnant and would like to connect with other women who can relate.

Fertility Treatments Can Help

If you are at the end of your rope and don’t know where to turn, it might be time to see a fertility doctor. If you have been trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant for more than a year (if you are under 35) and you haven’t been successful, it might be time to seek treatment.

There are so many different treatment options that are out there today, it is easier than ever to turn your fertility struggles around. Most of the time, we relate invasive, expensive treatments with fertility clinics, but that is not always the case. Sometimes, fixing your fertility issues is as simple as taking a pill every day!

There really is nothing to lose, so if you think you might be able to benefit from seeing a fertility doctor, go ahead and try it and see what kind of solutions you can come up with!

6 Tips To Improve Your Chances When Trying To Get Pregnant Quickly

When a couple decides to get pregnant, it is completely normal to want to get pregnant quickly. Some couples get pregnant as soon as they start trying, without any waiting or any difficulties.

However, it is not that easy for every couple. Some couples really have tostruggle to get pregnant, and it might take quite a while. Read on for some tips if you are trying to get pregnant quickly.

Know When You Are Fertile

It is simply astounding the number of couples who just don’t know when it is possible to get pregnant. Many couples just think they can have sex and get pregnant as soon as they start trying. That’s not always the case, however.

Women can only get pregnant during ovulation, so around five days each month. Any other time during the month? It’s just not going to happen. Therefore it is really important to make sure that they know when their ovulation is occurring, and that they are keeping track of it.

It is really important that couples figure out when the woman is ovulating and that they mark it down on a calendar so that they don’t forget.

Have Sex When You Are Fertile

Another important thing to remember about trying to conceive is that you should make sure that you are having sex during ovulation. Since sperm live longer in the womb than the egg, you can actually have sex a day or two before ovulation and then have the sperm waiting for the egg to be released.

Most experts suggest that you should have sex the day of ovulation and then again every other day or so during ovulation so that you can have the best possible chance of getting pregnant.

Take A Fertility Booster

A great way to give your fertility an extra boost is to take a fertility supplement. A great choice is an over the counter fertility blend that contains all of the most popular and potent fertility herbs, supplements, vitamins and minerals.

A fertility blend like FertiBella ConceiveEasy is a great choice because all of the doses are already measured out, figured up, and packaged in one convenient little pill. All you have to do is remember to take one every day!

These are also a great low cost alternative to prescription fertility pills, and you don’t have to see a doctor. You can simply order them online and never have to leave home! Definitely consider a fertility blend such as ConceiveEasy if you need an easy way to boost your fertility.

Visit A Doctor

If you are worried about your fertility issues it might make you feel a lot better to see a doctor. A doctor can do a regular checkup for you to help you determine if there are any fertility issues that need to be addressed.

Having your man go for a doctor’s checkup can also be a great way to rule out any male fertility issues. Don’t worry about going to doctor, it is often not as bad as you think it will be, and you will feel better about the whole conception process after you visit your doctor and get advice.

Try Not To Stress

Stress is a huge hindrance to getting pregnant. It can be hard to avoid stress in our everyday lives, especially when you add the worries about conceiving to that. However, trying to stay calm and avoid stress will go a long way towards boosting your fertility.

Make sure to get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and eat a healthy diet. These are all things that you can do to reduce your stress. Make sure that you also keep the lines of communication open between your partner and yourself so you can discuss any potential problems that might be ongoing.

It is also a good idea to look for ways to keep sex fun and interesting so it doesn’t start to feel like a chore.

Don’t Give Up

Probably the best piece of advice for couples who are trying to get pregnant right away is probably something that you don’t want to hear. Just keep trying.

Most of the time, you get pregnant when you don’t expect it. Just don’t give up, and keep on trying no matter what. Usually you might feel like getting pregnant is taking too long, but on average, it takes a couple around six months to get pregnant.

If you are approaching the six month mark with no success and you are over 35, it might be time to schedule a doctor’s appointment. However, if you are under 35 years of age, and you have been trying to get pregnant for close to a year, it is probably time to schedule a doctor’s appointment.

As you can see, the time frame for getting pregnant is not as quick as you might expect. Just try not to stress, and don’t give up if you are on the journey to start a pregnancy.
